The Transaction overview provides insight into all transactions processed within a specific period. By using the available filters, you can easily find and analyze specific transactions.
This report is useful for administrative checks, reviewing payments, and exporting transaction data.
You can find the overview via Administration > Payments > Transaction overview.
Filtering the transaction overview
Select the desired filters. You can filter by:
Period, accommodation, place category, location, payment type, payment method, cash drawer.
After applying the filters, an overview is displayed showing all transactions that match the selected criteria.
Exporting
Would you like to use the data outside the system? Use one of the export options at the top of the overview:
Export PDF to generate a PDF overview.
Export to export the transaction list for further processing.
This allows you to easily create reports or analyze transactions.
Example: Would you like an overview of all payments received in 2025 for reservations with an arrival date in 2026?
Download the transaction overview for the period 2025. The overview contains all payments that were actually processed during that year. You can then filter the data in Excel by arrival date and exclude reservations with an arrival date in 2025. This will leave only reservations with an arrival date in 2026.
