The Options and surcharges overview allows you to generate a list of specific options and supplements that have been added to reservations. This gives you a quick insight into the amounts charged for a particular supplement within a selected period.
This report is useful for administrative checks, reporting purposes, and processing supplements outside the booking system.
You can find the overview via Administration > Reservations > Options and surcharges.
Filtering options and surcharges overview
Select the desired filters. You can filter by:
Arrival date from, arrival date up to and including, accommodation, accommodation category, and location.
On the right side of the overview, you can then select one or more options and supplements to include in the report.
After applying the filters, an overview is displayed showing all reservations that match the selected criteria and where the selected option or supplement has been applied.
Exporting
Would you like to use the data outside the system? Use the Export option to create an export of the results. This is useful when you want to perform additional calculations or process the data in an external report.
Practical example: tourist tax
A common use of this report is verifying tourist tax amounts.
By selecting the Tourist Tax supplement, you can easily generate an overview of the tourist tax that was actually charged to guests during a specific period. This information can then be used when filing your tourist tax return.
