When you have a bank connection enabled, incoming payments are automatically imported from your bank account.
Using the Bank receipts overview, you can view these payments, link them to reservations, and process them as transactions.
You can find this overview via: Administration > Bank link > Bank receipts.
Overview of received payments
The overview displays all transactions imported from your bank.
The table contains several columns with information from the bank transaction, such as:
Description, received from, date, amount.
In addition, the table contains the Reservation column.
In this column, the system displays a suggested reservation that may belong to the payment. The system automatically attempts to identify a reservation based on the payment description.
You can click the displayed reservation number to open the reservation and verify whether the suggested match is correct.
Linking a payment to a reservation
Click Reservation next to the relevant payment.
Review the reservation suggested by the system or search for a reservation using the search bar.
Then choose one of the following options:
'Link reservation and create a new transaction': a new transaction will be created immediately. Enter the amount and payment method for the transaction.
'Just link a reservation': the payment will only be linked to the reservation and no transaction will be created.
Click To carry out.
Actions for bank transfers
In the overview, you can also perform actions for one or multiple bank transfers at the same time. Select the desired transfers and an Actions button will appear below the list.
When you click this button, you will see the following options:
Show/Hide
Register transaction for the selected transfers
Hide transfers
If it concerns a single bank transfer, you can also click the crossed-out eye icon next to the transfer. The transfer will then be hidden from the overview.
