Do you want to update prices for your connected Qenner sales channels, or have you made other pricing changes? If so, it is important to send these changes from our booking system to Qenner. This ensures that the latest rates are used and that new reservations are made with the correct prices.
Important: Newly connected or updated rates will not appear on the sales channel immediately. It can take up to 3 hours before the new rates are available on the channel. Qenner synchronizes prices a limited number of times per day.
Link a new rate group
Have you created a completely new rate group, or do you want to use a different rate group for a specific Qenner sales channel? If so, you need to link the new rate group to the appropriate Qenner sales channel.
Navigate to Settings > Channels > Qenner.
Click Edit next to the desired channel.
Select the desired rate group.
Click Save changes to apply the new rates.
Update prices in a manual rate group
If you send rates to Qenner using a manual rate group, any price changes must be made manually within the relevant rate rules.
Navigate to Settings > Accommodation Settings > Rates.
Click Prices next to the relevant accommodation.
In the Rate group filter, select the rate group linked to the sales channel for which you want to update prices.
Click Edit next to the rate you want to modify and choose the preferred edit option.
Apply the required price changes.
Click Save changes.
Note: Make sure you update prices in the correct rate group. Changes made in the Standard rate group are not automatically applied to the manual rate group used for the sales channel.
Update prices in an automatic rate group
If you send rates to Qenner using an automatic rate group, you must make price changes in the source rate group from which the automatic rate group derives its prices. Rates within an automatic rate group cannot be edited manually.
Once the price changes have been made in the original rate group, they are automatically reflected in the automatic rate group, including any configured price increases or decreases.
