The ST&D (MOOV) integration automatically synchronizes license plates from bookings for vehicle access to the site. If all data needs to be sent to ST&D again, you can perform a full synchronization.
Perform a full synchronization with ST&D
Go to Settings > Hardware > ST&D configurations and open the relevant ST&D configuration. Then go to the Sync tab.
Here you have several options:
To resynchronize all license plates, click Sync everything.
To synchronize only license plates for which a previous synchronization failed, click Synchronize all failed license plates.
To update all license plates to the current default Identifier Type and Template during a full synchronization, first select 'Update all license plates to current default Identifier Type and Template' and then click Sync everything.
Note: a full synchronization can take several hours. ST&D and Nedap hardware requires time to process all license plates.
We recommend performing a full synchronization outside busy periods. If you are unsure whether a full synchronization is necessary, contact support first.
When is a full synchronization necessary?
Changes to bookings and license plates are normally processed automatically by ST&D. Therefore, a full synchronization is not required after every change.
Only use this function when all data needs to be resynchronized with ST&D, for example after a configuration change or when advised by support.
