Want to make sure all your accommodation content and translations are complete and up to date? With the export feature in our booking system, you can easily review this information in one overview. This allows you to quickly identify any missing content or translations without having to check each accommodation separately.
How to check your accommodation content and translations
Click Export.
A window will appear where you can choose which information to include in the export:
Include content: adds the accommodation content to the export.
Include translations: includes the available translations. Each accommodation will have a separate row for each language.
Select the desired options and click Export.
Check for missing content and translations
Open the exported file to review the accommodation details. By including both content and translations, you can easily check which information has been completed for each accommodation and language.
If any information or translations are missing, you can add them by clicking Edit content for the relevant accommodation.
Tip: perform this check before making a new season available for booking or adding new languages to your website. This helps ensure that your accommodation pages are as complete as possible.
