Managing business information

Manage your business' information, upload a logo, and choose which bank account is displayed on reservation confirmations in our booking system.

Go to Settings > Account > Business units to manage your company's information. Here you can update your business details, upload a logo, and choose which bank account is shown on reservation confirmations.

Editing business information

You can update the information of a business unit at any time.

  1. Select the business unit you want to edit.

  2. Update the desired information, such as:

    • Address details, contact details, company information, bank account details.

  3. Click Save changes to apply your updates.

Adding or changing a logo

You can also upload or replace your company's logo from the same settings page.

  1. Scroll to the Logo section.

  2. Click Add file.

  3. Select the logo file from your computer.

  4. Upload the file and save your changes.

The logo is automatically used on documents and communications generated by the system. The same applies to the company name and contact person configured for the business unit.

Selecting a bank account for reservation confirmations

Within the business unit settings, you can choose whether a bank account is displayed on reservation confirmations.

Under Bank account number on confirmation, select the bank account that should appear on reservation confirmations sent to your guests.
