With cluster objects, you can rent out a single accommodation either as one complete unit or as separate units. Our booking system automatically updates the availability, preventing double bookings.
A common example is an accommodation for 8 guests that can also be rented as two separate accommodations for 4 guests.
Create the accommodations
Create an accommodation and location for each rental variant. For example:
One accommodation and one location for 8 guests.
One accommodation with two locations for 4 guests.
This allows each variant to be booked separately.
Set up a cluster object
Open the Clusters tab and click Add new cluster.
Select the main location.
Select the locations that should be linked to the cluster.
Click Save changes.
How does a cluster object work?
When one of the linked accommodations is booked, the system automatically blocks the availability of the other linked locations in the planner.
This prevents the same physical accommodation from being booked twice.
It can take up to 10 minutes for the cluster blocks to appear in the planner. By clicking on a cluster block, you can see which reservation caused the block.
