Set up a wi-fi configuration

Learn how to create a Wi-Fi configuration, assign it to locations, and make the Wi-Fi details available to guests in the guest portal.

A Wi-Fi configuration allows you to manage the Wi-Fi details for an accommodation and make them available to guests through the guest portal.

Create a Wi-Fi Configuration

  1. Go to Settings > Accommodation settings > Wifi configurations.

  2. Click New configuration in the top-right corner.

  3. Enter the following information:

    • Security protocol

    • Wi-Fi name (SSID)

    • Wi-Fi password

  4. Click Save changes.

Assign a Wi-Fi configuration to locations

To assign a Wi-Fi configuration, go to Settings > Accommodation settings > Locations.

Assign to a single location

  1. Click Settings next to the desired location.

  2. Open the Other tab.

  3. Select the correct Wi-Fi configuration under Wi-Fi.

  4. Click Save changes.

Assign to multiple locations

  1. Select the desired locations.

  2. Click Edit selected locations.

  3. Enable 'Wi-Fi configuration'.

  4. Select the desired Wi-Fi configuration.

  5. Click Save changes.

Display Wi-Fi details in the guest dashboard

Would you like guests to be able to view the Wi-Fi details for their accommodation?

  1. Go to Settings > Guests > Guest dashboard.

  2. Open the Settings tab and, under Other, enable 'Guest has access to the WiFi details of the booked locations'.

  3. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

Guests will now be able to view the Wi-Fi name and password in the guest portal.
