Packages allow you to offer guests a temporary deal or special stay. You can define the availability period, set the package price, and choose which accommodations the package applies to. You can also highlight a specific stay period in your booking widget.
Create a package
Click New package.
On the General tab, complete the following fields:
Title: The name of the package.
Meta title: Include the keywords you want the package to rank for in search engines. For example: "Easter on the Veluwe".
Slug: The last part of the URL that identifies the package page. This is generated automatically but can also be edited manually.
Period from/ Period until: The period during which the package is available.
Short description: Displayed in the package overview on your website.
Detailed description: Displayed on your website's package page, if one is available.
Specify whether the package:
Is active.
Is available online.
Can be booked as an optional package.
Is only valid when the reservation stay dates exactly match the configured.
Configure accommodations and rates
On the Accommodations and rates tab, you can set a specific package rate for each accommodation.
Click Add accommodation.
Select the desired accommodation.
Enter the package price.
Indicate whether guests are included in the package price.
Choose how the rate is calculated:
Per person
Per x number of persons
Per m²
If no calculation method is selected, the package price will always apply, regardless of the number of guests or the accommodation size in m².
Do you want to configure multiple accommodations at once? Click Edit batch and enter the required settings.
Additional settings
Depending on your situation, you can further configure the package.
Pictures: Add photos to the package. These images will be displayed on your website's package page.
Administrative: Configure the package's VAT rate, general ledger account, payment terms, and cancellation policy.
Attachments, conditions and rules: Add specific terms and attachments, and specify whether guests are required to accept these terms before completing their booking.
Reservation confirmation: Add an additional note to the booking confirmation for this package.
