Arrival and departure day settings allow you to control on which days guests can check in and check out. Configuring these settings correctly helps you manage your accommodations more efficiently and creates a smoother booking experience for your guests.
Navigate to the arrival and departure days settings
You'll see an overview of all your accommodations.
For the accommodation you want to edit, click Arrival and departure days to view the current settings or create a new period.
Optionally, use the date filter to display a specific period.
Manage periodes
Add a new period
Click Add period.
Enter the start and end dates for the period.
Select the days on which guests are allowed to arrive and depart.
Save the period.
Split a period
Would you like to use different arrival and departure days within an existing period, for example during a holiday season or special event? You can easily split an existing period.
Click the scissors icon next to the period you want to split.
Choose the date on which you want to split the period.
Configure the desired arrival and departure days for both new periods.
Important: Make sure the selected arrival and departure days fall within the configured 'Period from' and 'Period until' dates. This helps prevent booking issues.
Advanced settings
Would you like to configure arrival and departure days independently?
Enable 'Advanced'.
Select the allowed arrival days.
Then select the allowed departure days.
For example, you can allow arrivals on Thursday and Friday, while departures are only permitted on Monday, Thursday, and Friday.
Duplicate arrival and departure days
Do multiple accommodations use the same arrival and departure day settings? You can easily copy these settings to other accommodations.
Click Duplicate arrival and departure days.
Select the accommodations you want to copy the settings to.
Optionally, enable 'Overwrite existing arrival and departure days' if you want to replace the current settings.
Confirm the duplication.
Note: if you choose to overwrite existing settings, the current arrival and departure day configuration will be removed and replaced with the duplicated settings.
