Set a rate per person per night
Open the rate you created and go to the Price specifications tab.
Click Add period.
Select the required rate period or choose a custom period.
Under Price per unit, enter the amount you want to charge per person per night.
Under the calculation settings, select both 'Price per night' and 'Price per person'.
If required, add an additional description. You can add this for all activated languages.
Save your changes.
Example
Suppose you charge €11.50 per person per night. For 2 people staying 5 nights, the rate is calculated as follows:
€11.50 × 2 people × 5 nights = €115.00.
Would you like to use different per-person rates throughout the year? Add additional periods in the same way. Make sure the periods do not overlap and start each new period on the date the previous period ends.
