Refresh a voucher status

Refresh the status of a voucher when an online booking has not been completed, making the voucher available for use again.

If a guest enters a voucher code during the online booking process but does not complete the booking, the voucher may receive the Pending status.

While the voucher has this status, it cannot be used again. Refreshing the voucher status makes it available for use once more.

Refresh the voucher status

  1. Find the correct voucher using the voucher code or the available filters.

  2. Click the pencil icon next to the voucher.

  3. In the window that opens, click Save voucher.

The voucher status will now be refreshed, allowing the voucher to be used again for a new booking attempt.
