Guest database

View, manage, and export guests from the guest database. Easily search for guests, edit guest details, and export guest information to Excel.

All guests are automatically stored in the guest database of our booking system. Navigate to Guests in the menu to view an overview of all registered guests.

From the guest database, you can:

  • Search and filter guests

  • View and edit guest details

  • Add new guests

  • Merge duplicate guests

  • Export guests to Excel

View and edit guests

Click Edit next to a guest to open the guest profile. Here, you can view the guest's details and reservations.

You can also update guest information, add notes, and manage attachments.

Export guests

Would you like to export an overview of your guests? Use the Export button located near the filters. You can optionally filter by a date range or accommodation before generating the Excel file.

Add new guests

Click Add guest in the top menu bar to create a new guest profile in the system.

Merge duplicate guests

It is common for guests to appear multiple times in the system. You can manage this using the Merge duplicate guests feature.

Changes are not being saved

Some fields are validated before changes can be saved. If a field contains an invalid value, the system will not save your changes.

Please check the following:

  • Email address: Use a valid email address in the format [email protected].

  • Phone numbers: Phone numbers must be valid and entered according to international phone number standards.

  • License plates: License plates must contain at least 5 characters and should not include hyphens.

  • Check for extra spaces: Make sure there are no unintended spaces before or after a value, as this may also prevent changes from being saved.
