With the ICY integration, you can manage campère plugs and other ICY devices from our booking system. You can automatically switch power on and off, read meter values, charge guests for their usage and set the available amperage per booking. The integration can also be used to activate a thermostat before a guest arrives.
The ICY module is not enabled by default. If you would like to use it, contact [email protected].
Open the ICY settings
Go to Settings > Hardware > ICY devices. Most of the configuration is completed when the integration is set up. You can then review or adjust the settings yourself.
Set the standard amperage
Under the Settings tab, you can use Standard amps to determine how many amps a booking receives by default. When a linked campère plug is activated, this value is applied automatically.
Under the Reservations tab, you can also configure how many minutes before check-in or after check-out the setting remains active.
Link ICY devices to locations
ICY can contain multiple parks or locations within a single organisation structure.
To link an ICY device to a location:
Open the Organization structure tab.
Click Locations for the required branch or park.
Find the location or ICY device.
Select the corresponding location from our booking system.
Save the link.
This allows our booking system to determine which ICY device belongs to each location.
Increase or decrease amperage using options and surcharges
You can use an option or surcharge to charge guests extra for a higher amperage.
Open the Options and surcharges tab.
Add an option or surcharge.
Select the option or surcharge you want to link to the rule.
Enter the required amperage under Amperage.
Save your changes.
When the option is added to a booking, the amperage of the linked campère plug is adjusted automatically.

For an individual booking, you can manually change ICY settings under the Meter readings tab.
Manually adjust the amperage
To use a different amperage for a specific booking:
Open Meter readings in the booking.
Enable 'Ampere manual setting'.
Enter the required amperage.
The linked campère plug is updated automatically.
Disable automatic power switching
To prevent our booking system from automatically switching the power on and off, disable 'Automatic power on and off for this reservation'. This can be useful when you manage the settings for that location directly in ICY.
Charge guests for electricity usage
Measured electricity usage can be charged to the guest through the booking. For more information, see our article Enter meter readings on a reservation.
