The Missed check-ins and check-outs report provides insight into reservations where the check-in or check-out has not yet been processed. This allows you to easily verify that all stays have been handled correctly and helps keep your administration up to date.
You can find this report via Reports > Overview > Missed checkin / checkout.
Manually checking in or out
From this report, you can take immediate action on reservations for which the check-in or check-out has not yet been processed.
Open the desired reservation from the overview.
Process the check-in or check-out.
Save the changes.
This allows you to easily correct outstanding administrative actions.
