With a one-time pricing agreement, you can easily apply a custom rate to a reservation. This is useful when making specific pricing agreements with a guest that differ from the standard rates or packages. A one-time pricing agreement overrides the default reservation price.
Add a one-time pricing agreement to a reservation
Follow the steps below to add a one-time pricing agreement to a reservation:
Open the guest's reservation card.
Click Create a one-time pricing agreement.
Enter the desired settings. More information about each section can be found below.
Click Save changes.
Pricing agreement settings
Alternative for: here you can link the pricing agreement to an existing package. This applies the same options, surcharges, and rules from this package.
Type: here you determine which settings will be overridden, such as seasonal pitch, annual pitch, or package.
Rate: here you enter the desired amount for the pricing agreement. You can also specify how many persons are included in this rate.
Administrative: here you can select the desired VAT rate and the correct ledger account for the pricing agreement.
Overview of one-time pricing agreements
