Within the Guest information tab of a reservation, you can manage all guests linked to that reservation. Here you can view and edit the primary guest's information, add accompanying guests, register occupants, and access previous reservations made by the same guest.
Main guest
At the top of the screen, you will see the details of the primary guest. From here, you can perform several actions.
View guest
Click View guest to open the full guest profile. From the guest profile, you can view additional information such as personal details, guest information, reservation history, and other registered guest data.
Edit guest
Click Edit guest to modify the primary guest's details. For example, you can change the name, address details, phone number, or email address. Save the changes to apply the updated information immediately.
Unlink guest
Click Unlink guest if the reservation is linked to the wrong guest. After unlinking, the connection between the reservation and the guest profile is removed. You can then add a new guest or search for and link an existing guest to the reservation.
Fellow guests
Under the Fellow guests section, you can add additional guests to a reservation.
New guest
Click New guest to create a new accompanying guest. Enter the guest's details and save them. The guest is immediately added to the reservation.
Search existing guest
Does the guest already exist in our booking system? If so, there is no need to create a new guest. Click Search existing guest to find the guest, select the correct guest, and they will be linked to the reservation as an accompanying guest.
Overnight guests
Under the Overnight guests section, you can add occupants to the reservation. Click New overnight guest, enter the details, and save the changes.

Viewing previous reservations
At the bottom of the tab, you will find an overview of previous reservations made by the same guest.
Click a reservation number to open that reservation directly. This makes it easy to review and access a guest's booking history.
Managing guest information fields
The fields displayed under guest details are determined by the settings in our booking system.
