Adding comments to a guest profile

Add notes to a guests profile so important information remains visible across all current and future reservations for that guest.

Would you like to store important information about a guest? You can add a note to the guest profile. This note is linked to the guest and will be visible on all reservations associated with that guest.

Add a comment to a guest

  1. Go to Guests.

  2. Search for the desired guest and click Edit.

  3. Scroll down to the Comments to guest field.

  4. Enter the comment and save your changes.

The comment is now stored in the guest profile.

Edit a guest from a reservation

You can also add a note to a guest directly from a reservation:

  1. Open the reservation and navigate to the Guest information tab.

  2. Click Edit guest.

  3. Scroll down to the Comments to guest field.

  4. Enter the comment and save your changes.

The comment will now be stored in the guest profile and will be visible on all reservations for that guest.
