Sent owner statements overview

View, filter and manage all sent owner statements. Learn how to archive statements, view sent emails, and generate a SEPA payment file.

In the Sent statements report, you can find an overview of all owner statements that have been sent from our booking system.

Here, you can easily check which statements have been sent, view the email that was sent to the owner, and export statements for payment processing.

You can find this report via: Reports > Owner statements > Sent statements.

Filtering sent statements

Within this report, you can filter by:

  • Owner statement, statement number, date sent, year, period, exported, not yet exported.

These filters make it easy to find specific statements and verify which statements have already been processed for payment.

Managing sent statements

The following actions are available for each sent statement:

  • View email: View the email that was sent to the owner.

  • Archive: Archive sent statements without losing historical data.

Generating a SEPA payment file

From this report, you can easily generate a SEPA payment file for selected owner statements.

  1. Select one or more owner statements.

  2. To select all statements, use the checkbox at the top of the list.

  3. Scroll down below the list of statements.

  4. In 'Final payment date', enter the number of days after the sent date by which the payment must be completed.

  5. Select one of the available export options:

    • 'Export as a single overbooking'.

    • 'Export all settlements including other pages'.

  6. Click Export business transfers.

The SEPA file will then be generated and can be used to process payments through your bank.
