Customizing text in reservation confirmations

Customize the text used in reservation confirmations, including labels, buttons, links, and footers, to match your organization's communication style.

The Custom reservation confirmation fields allow you to modify various default texts used in reservation confirmations. This lets you tailor the communication to better match your organization's branding and preferred wording.

Go to Settings > Account > Business units, select the desired business unit, and scroll to Custom reservation confirmation fields.

Which texts can you customize?

You can customize the following items for each available language:

  • Reservation confirmation footer.

  • Labels on the reservation confirmation, such as:

    • Reservation date

    • Cancellation date

    • Reservation number

    • Accommodation

    • Location

    • Arrival

    • Departure

    • Accommodation total

    • Total per night

    • Number of nights

  • Cancellation insurance texts.

  • Footers for energy and owner statements.

  • The text for links to the guest portal, for example in the reservation confirmation or arrival email.

Depending on the features you use, additional custom fields may also be available.
