You can choose the order in which accommodations are displayed throughout our booking system. A separate order can be configured for the dashboard, booking engine and the planning board.
You can find this feature by navigating to: Settings > Accommodation settings > Accommodations.
Change the accommodation order
Click the arrow next to the Bulk view button and select Adjust order.
In the pop-up window, choose which view you want to update:
Dashboard
Search & Book
Planning board
Click and hold the three-line handle next to an accommodation, then drag it to the desired position.
It is also possible to sort the accommodations in alphabetical order by clicking the Sort alphabetically button.
Click Save changes.
The new order is applied immediately to the selected view.
Tip
You can use a different accommodation order for the dashboard, booking engine and the planning board, allowing you to optimize each view for your daily workflow.
Random order
In addition to a fixed order, you can also display the accommodations in a random order.
Go to Settings > Account > General.
Go to the Others tab.
Enable the option Show accommodations in a random order.
Click Save in the upper-right corner.
