Set up available periods

Set up available periods for your accommodations. Define when guests can stay, when they can book, and which accommodations the availability applies to.

Available periods allow you to define when guests can book an accommodation. You can configure not only the stay period, but also when the period becomes available for booking and when bookings close.

Create a new configuration

  1. Click New configuration in the top-right corner.

  2. Enter a recognizable name for the configuration.

  3. Click Add available period.

  4. Fill in the following fields:

    • Year

    • Dates of stay from

    • Dates of stay until

    • Bookable from: this is the date when guests can start booking the period.

    • Bookable until

Note: The Bookable until date is automatically set to January 1 of the following year. If you plan your availability more than a year in advance, make sure to update this date accordingly. Otherwise, guests will no longer be able to book the period after that date.

Set a booking lead time

For each available period, you can specify how far in advance guests must make a reservation. Click the clock icon next to the period to configure the booking lead time. This option is only available after the period has been saved.

You can set the minimum lead time in days or even hours. This prevents guests from making last-minute reservations.

Assign accommodations to a configuration

Open the Accommodations tab to select which accommodations the configuration applies to.

Previously, available periods had to be configured separately for each accommodation. Now, you can assign multiple accommodations to the same configuration. If several accommodations share the same availability, you only need to manage a single configuration.

Protected periods

In addition to available periods, you will also find the Protected periods button. Protected periods allow you to control availability based on a guest group.
