Manage accommodation terms and rules

Learn how to add attachments, terms, rules, and an options and surcharges disclaimer to an accommodation in our booking system.

The Attachments, conditions and rules tab allows you to add documents, terms, and additional information that apply specifically to an accommodation.

In this article, you'll learn how to add attachments and terms, configure accommodation rules, and manage an options and surcharges disclaimer.

Open the attachments, conditions and rules tab

  1. Click Settings next to the accommodation you want to edit.

  2. Open the Attachments, conditions and rules tab.

Settings

In this tab, you can configure the following:

  • Booking confirmation email attachments and terms: Add documents and terms that are sent with the booking confirmation email. Guests must accept these terms before they can complete their reservation.

  • Rules: Add accommodation-specific rules or terms. These are shown to guests just before they complete their reservation and must be accepted before the booking can be finalized.

  • Options and surcharges disclaimer: Add a disclaimer that is displayed alongside the selected options and surcharges during the booking process. This disclaimer is also included in the booking confirmation.

Settings under the others tab

The Other tab contains additional settings that you can personalize for each accommodation.

  • Maximum number of guests: Display a custom message when the maximum occupancy of the accommodation is exceeded.

  • Booking confirmation footer: Add a footer that is shown specifically for this accommodation on the booking confirmation.

  • Booking confirmation email remarks: Add accommodation-specific remarks to the booking confirmation email.
