Delete an accommodation or location
It is not possible to delete an accommodation or location from our booking system.
This is intentional. Accommodations and locations are linked to reservations, payments, and other administrative data. Deleting them could cause existing reservations to lose their connection and result in inaccurate administrative records.
Instead, we recommend deactivating the accommodation or location. This preserves all historical data while preventing the accommodation or location from being used for new reservations.
Exception
Did you accidentally create an accommodation or location that has never been used for actual reservations, for example for testing purposes? In some cases, we can remove it for you.
If this applies, please contact [email protected]. Include the name of the accommodation or location in your request so we can determine whether it can be safely removed.
