Go to Settings > Accommodation settings > Accommodations, click Settings next to the accommodation you want to edit, and open the General tab.
Below you'll find an explanation of each checkbox.
Checkboxes in the general accommodation settings
Active
When this option is enabled, the accommodation is active in our booking system. Disable it if you no longer want to use the accommodation, either temporarily or permanently.
Available online
Makes the accommodation visible in the Search & Book. The accommodation remains active within our booking system even if this option is disabled.
Display as featured accommodation
Displays the accommodation as a featured accommodation in the Search & Book.
Display from price
Shows a starting price for the accommodation in the Search & Book. You can also choose to include mandatory options and surcharges by enabling 'Display from price including options and surcharges'.
Display 'New' label in the accommodation overview
Displays a New label for the accommodation in the Search & Book.
Reservation order lines extended view
Shows a detailed breakdown of the rate rules during the booking process, giving guests a clearer overview of how the total price is calculated.
Preferred locations allowed
Allows guests to select a preferred location during the booking process. This is especially useful if you use map-based bookings.
Confirm reservations automatically
Automatically confirms new reservations without manual action. This option only applies if automatic reservation confirmation is disabled in the general settings for the entire booking system.
Allow non-affiliated stays
Allows reservations where the stay does not match the configured arrival and departure day restrictions.
Guest must specify camping equipment
Requires guests to select or enter their camping equipment during the booking process.
Show notification of number of available locations
Shows how many locations are still available for this accommodation in the Search & Book. This can encourage guests to book sooner, especially when availability is limited.
Display arrangements on the accommodation page
Displays the available packages for this accommodation on its accommodation detail page.
