Our booking system allows you to add one or more bank accounts. A configured bank account can be displayed on the booking confirmation, making it easy for guests who prefer to pay by bank transfer.
In addition, a bank account must be configured before you can generate a SEPA export.
Add a new bank account
Click New bank account in the top-right corner.
Enter the bank account details (see the explanation below)
Click Save changes.
Details explanation
When adding a bank account, you can enter the following information:
Name: the name of the bank account. This should match the official account holder name of the actual bank account.
Bank: the name of the bank.
Account number: only complete this field if IBANs are not commonly used in the selected country.
IBAN: the international bank account number used for payments.
Bank Identifier Code: the bank's identification code, also known as the SWIFT/BIc.
Country: the country where the bank account is registered.
Alternative account number if the guest's country matches: allows you to display an alternative account number for guests from the same country, if required.
