Go to Settings > Owners > Owner dashboard to configure which rate groups, options, surcharges, and deposit are available when an owner creates a reservation in the owner portal.
You can choose to use one standard configuration for all owners or create separate configurations for individual owners.
Adjust the settings
Click Edit next to the desired owner portal configuration.
Open the Reservations tab.
Here you can configure:
Which rate groups owners can use.
Which options and surcharges are available when making a reservation.
Which deposit is applied.
Click Save changes after updating the settings.
Standard or individual configuration
If all owners should have the same booking options, you can use one standard configuration. In the standard configuration, open the Owners tab to link all owners to this configuration.
If certain owners require different booking settings, create a separate owner portal configuration and assign it to the relevant owner.
