Owner permissions determine which information is visible and which actions an owner can perform in the owner portal.
This article explains the available permissions by category. Each permission can be enabled or disabled individually, allowing you to tailor access for each owner.
Configure permissions
Go to Settings > Owners > Owners. Open the required owner, navigate to the Users and permissions tab, add a new user or edit an existing user. Click Rights behind the user.
Reservations
These permissions determine which reservation information an owner can access:
Owner can view all reservations
Owner can edit own reservations
Owner can make reservations himself
Owner can view the number of guests for a reservation
Owner can view the reservation party
Owner can view guest names
Owner can view guest's address
Owner can view the guest's email address
Owner can view guest's phone number
Owner can view guest licence plates
Owner can view reservation notes: displays general reservation notes.
Owner can view internal reservation notes: displays internal company notes for a reservation.
Owner can view the reservation source and reference
Owner can see from which website the reservation was made
Financial information
These permissions determine which financial information is visible:
Owner can view statements
Owner can view accommodation costs of a reservation
Owner can view service charges
Owner can view options and supplements of a reservation
Owner can view the total price of options and surcharges
Owner can view the current year's rental revenue
Owner can view the tourist tax report
Accommodations and planning
These permissions determine which accommodation and planning information is available:
Owner can view own accommodations
Owner can edit own accommodations (for example, accommodation content)
Owner can view occupancy
Owner can view occupancy rate
Owner can view reviews of accommodations
Owner can view turnover of the entire planning
Blocks
Owner can view all blockages
Owner can edit own blockages
Owner can create blockages himself
