Do multiple accommodations use the same settings? Instead of configuring each one manually, you can use the duplicate accommodation feature to copy the settings to one or more accommodations.
Duplicate accommodation data
Click Settings next to the accommodation you want to use as the source.
At the bottom of the General tab, click Duplicate accommodation.
Choose the accommodations to which you want to copy the settings.
Choose which settings you want to duplicate:
Minimum and maximum number of nights
Minimum and maximum number of guests
If the destination accommodation already contains data for the selected period, use 'Which data can be deleted?' to specify which existing data may be deleted. This prevents duplicate settings from being created for the same period.
Review the selected settings.
Click Duplicate.
