By adding the right facilities, guests can easily filter accommodations based on their preferences in the booking engine. This improves the visibility of your accommodations and helps guests find the perfect place to stay.
Add facilities to an accommodation
Click Edit content for the desired accommodation.
Go to the Facilities tab.
You can configure the available facilities using three tabs:
Accommodation: select the general facilities and amenities available at the accommodation.
Spaces: specify the facilities available in each room. For more detailed instructions, read our article Configure bedrooms, beds and bathrooms for the booking engine.
Surroundings: select features related to the accommodation's location and activities available in the surrounding area.
Click Save changes.
We recommend selecting only facilities that truly distinguish your accommodation. A list of 5 to 10 relevant amenities is clearer than a long list of less important features. For example, avoid listing minor amenities such as a kettle or toaster. If needed, you can include these under custom facilities instead.

Custom facilities
Is a facility missing from the standard list? You can add custom facilities to display additional features on the accommodation page.
Click Edit content for the desired accommodation.
Go to the Facilities tab.
At the bottom of the page, add the additional amenities in the Custom facilities field.
Important: Custom facilities are not available as filters in the booking engine. They are only displayed on the accommodation page and cannot be used by guests to filter accommodations.
Accommodation area
The size of an accommodation can also be displayed on the accommodation page.
Click Settings for the relevant accommodation.
At the bottom of the General tab, enter the number of square meters in the Surface accommodation field.
Once saved, the accommodation size will automatically be displayed on the accommodation page.
Energy label
Does the accommodation have an energy label? You can display this on the accommodation page as well.
Click Edit content for the relevant accommodation.
Go to the Other tab.
Enable the Show in the "Search & Book module" option.
Select the appropriate energy label.
