With the EasySecure integration, you can automate access management directly from our booking system. For example, guests can access accommodations, barriers, or facilities using a QR code, mobile key, or facial recognition.
The integration must first be coordinated with both EasySecure and us. Once the hardware integration has been activated in your account, you can configure it.
Create an EasySecure configuration
Click New configuration in the top-right corner.
Configure the settings as required. These are divided across several tabs, which are explained below.
Save the configuration.
Configure general settings and users
Under the General tab, you can configure the basic details of the integration, such as the Security Code and Location ID.
You can also determine:
which types of guests should automatically be created as EasySecure users;
whether guests can upload a photo;
whether a QR code should be created automatically;
whether main guests receive a mobile key via Tapkey.
The options you use depend on the setup agreed with EasySecure.
Set conditions and access times
Under Conditions, you determine when users are created in EasySecure and when they are removed.
For example, you can configure:
how many days before arrival a user is created;
how many days after departure a user is removed;
whether custom access times are used;
from what time access is granted on the arrival day;
until what time access remains valid on the departure day.
You can also configure settings for the use of photos and QR codes.
Configure privacy and biometric data
Under GDPR, you can configure settings related to photos and biometric data.
Here, you can determine whether an uploaded photo is saved as the user's profile photo. You can also add a GDPR statement explaining how biometric data, such as a photo used for facial recognition, will be used.
Link EasySecure to business units
Under Business units, you determine which business units use the EasySecure configuration.
This allows you to link a single configuration to one or more locations or business units within the same account. Once you have finished configuring the settings, click Save changes.
Use EasySecure with reservations
Once the configuration has been set up, EasySecure is used for reservations belonging to the linked business units.
