Our booking system supports multiple languages. You can translate accommodations, rates, options, packages, and other content. These translations are automatically used throughout the booking process and on reservation confirmations.
Translating an accommodation
Click Edit content for the accommodation you want to translate.
Click Translations in the top-right corner.
Select the desired language.
Enter the translated texts.
Note: the title and meta title fields are required.
Translating with AI
You can automatically generate translations using AI. Click Translate with AI next to the field you want to translate and the translation will be generated automatically.
Note: After entering the translations, first click Save translation and then select the next language.
Important
When you add a translation, the English terms & conditions and attachments are not copied automatically.
If you also want to translate these:
Click Settings next to the relevant accommodation.
Open the Attachments, conditions and rules tab.
Add the correct documents or terms for each language.
If you do not add translations for these items, the corresponding fields will remain empty in that language within the booking process.
Translate other sections
In addition to accommodations, you can add translations in many other parts of our booking system. For example:
Options and surcharges
Age groups
Lengths of stay
Rates
Discounts
Packages
Seasonal pitches
Annual pitches
Adding a translation works in much the same way in most parts of our booking system. Open the relevant section via Settings, click Edit, and then select Translations in the top-right corner.
Added a new language?
If you have activated a new language, it is important to check all sections that are relevant to your organization. In addition to the items listed above, translations may also be required for email messages, attachments, locations, accommodation labels, system texts, and sections of the guest environment.
See the article Activate and set up a new language in our booking system for the complete checklist of items to review after activating a new language.
