Set up lengths of stay
Before you can set a rate for a week, midweek, or weekend, the corresponding lengths of stay must be created. First, set up the lengths of stay you want to use for your accommodation. For more information, see the knowledge base article Set up lengths of stay. Once the lengths of stay have been created, you can start setting up the rates.
Set a rate per week, midweek of weekend
Open the rate you created and go to the Price specifications tab.
Click Add period.
Select the required rate period or choose a custom period.
Under the calculation settings, select 'Price per x number of nights'.
Click Add rule to select the length of stay for which you want to set a specific rate. Add a separate rule in the same way for each additional length of stay you want to offer.
If you do not want to use an existing length of stay, select 'Customized number of nights / arrival dag' after adding a rule. You can then enter the number of nights and the corresponding arrival day. Keep in mind that this rate will only apply to bookings arriving on the selected arrival day.
Example rates per week, midweek, and weekend
You can use different rates for each season. An example for 2027:

Create a separate rate rule for each combination of rate period and length of stay. For example, during the high season, you can set separate rates for a night, weekend, midweek, and week.

Important: also set a nightly rate
We recommend always setting a nightly rate in addition to weekly, midweek, and weekend rates. This ensures that a rate is also available for lengths of stay that do not match a configured week, midweek, or weekend, when these bookings are allowed.
