The owner dashboard gives property owners access to information about their accommodations. Which features are available depends on the permissions that have been assigned.

Dashboard
After logging in, the owner is taken to the dashboard. Here they will find an overview of, among other things:
Revenue for the current year and total revenue
Today's reservations and owner blocks
Upcoming reservations and owner blocks
Owner statements
From the dashboard, all available information can be accessed directly.
Reservations
Owners can create a new reservation by clicking New reservation.
Click View details to display all reservations.
Use the available filters to search for specific reservations.
Blockages
Owners can create a new owner block by clicking New blockage.
This section also displays all owner blocks for their accommodations.
Use the filters to search for specific owner blocks.
Planning
The planning provides a calendar overview of the availability and occupancy of the accommodations.
Documents
Documents linked to the owner or the accommodation can be viewed or downloaded here.
Invites
Owners can easily share a personal booking link with friends or family, allowing them to book the correct accommodation directly.
Statements
All sent owner statements are available here, making it easy for owners to access previous statements at any time.
Accommodations
If permission has been granted, owners can manage the details of their accommodations, such as descriptions, images, and other accommodation information, by clicking Edit content. Changes become visible almost immediately after saving.
Service charges
This section provides an overview of the calculated service charges. These charges are also included on the owner statement.
Occupation
Displays the occupancy for each accommodation for every month of the selected calendar year.
Occupancy rate
Show the occupancy rate for each accommodation in a percentage-based graph for the selected calendar year.
Reviews
If this feature is enabled, owners can view the reviews received for their accommodation. Click Details next to a review to view the complete review.
Tourist tax
Owners can view the recorded tourist tax for their accommodations. This overview helps them verify the amount of tourist tax due and is especially useful when they are responsible for submitting the tourist tax declaration to the local municipality.
