Easily export owner statements as a SEPA file and import business transfers directly into your online banking environment. Learn how to configure the required settings and export payments.

Do you use owner statements to pay owners on a regular basis? If so, you can export your owner statements as a SEPA file. This file can be imported into your bank's online banking environment, allowing all payments to be processed in one go.

This saves time and reduces the risk of manual entry errors.

What is a SEPA transfer?

SEPA stands for Single Euro Payment Area and is the European standard for bank transfers. Our booking system generates an XML file (PAIN format) that is supported by most European banks.

Once the file has been imported into your online banking environment, the selected payment will automatically be prepared for processing.

Required settings

Before you can generate a SEPA export, both you organization's bank account and each owner's bank account must be configured.

Configure your organization's bank account

  1. Add your organization's bank account.

  2. Enter both the IBAN and BIC, both are required.

Next, link this bank account to the owner statements:

  1. Go to Settings > Account > General > Others tab > eigenarenafrekening.

  2. Select the bank account you just added.

  3. Save the changes.

Configure an owner's bank details

Each owner you want to pay must have valid bank details configured.

  1. Open the relevant owner via Edit.

  2. Navigate to the bank details.

  3. Enter the owner's IBAN and BIC, bot are required.
