Sending owner statements

Generate and send owner statements, update reservations after changes, and learn how to resolve common differences in statement amounts.

The owner statement provides an overview of all reservations within a selected period. Depending on your settings, rental income, commission, service costs, and other income are processed based on the selected reference date.

Have you not configured owner statements yet? Read the article Set up owner statements first.

Generate owner statements

  1. Select the desired reporting period and click View results.

All owner statements for the selected period will be generated. Click Export PDF next to the required owner or accommodation to view the statement.

Send owner statements

Select the statements you want to send by using Select all owners or Select all statements. You can also select individual statements manually.

Scroll to the bottom of the page. The Send email messages button will appear.

Click this button to email the owner statements to the linked owners.

Update reservations after changes

If you change the owner statement settings, existing reservations are not automatically recalculated.

Run a batch update using the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

  • Step 1: Select 'Administratively update reservations'.

  • Step 2: Choose the correct reporting period, reference date, and accommodation.

  • Step 3: Start the update.

Is the amount on the owner statement incorrect?

If a reservation shows a different amount than expected, first check whether the reservations have been updated using a batch update. You can also try opening the reservation and saving it again.

If the amount is still incorrect, review the owner statement settings. A common cause is the setting 'Rent out based on rates instead of one-time price agreements for channel reservations', which uses the original rates instead of a one-time price agreement.
