There are three ways to create a voucher in our booking system:
during the cancellation of a booking;
after a booking has already been cancelled;
through the voucher report.

Create a voucher during cancellation
Would you like to issue a voucher immediately when cancelling a booking?
Open the booking.
Click Cancel at the top of the page and select 'Cancel with voucher'.
The amount already paid will automatically be converted into a voucher. If no payment has been made yet, a voucher cannot be created.
Click Voucher at the top of the booking to send the voucher email to the guest.
The booking will be cancelled without cancellation fees. In addition, a voucher surcharge is automatically added for the value of the voucher, ensuring the outstanding balance of the booking is updated correctly.
Create a voucher for an already cancelled booking
Has a booking already been cancelled, but you still want to issue a voucher?
Open the cancelled booking.
Click Voucher at the top of the page.
Enter the voucher amount and validity period.
Click Create voucher or Create voucher and send email to send the voucher to the guest immediately.
Create a voucher through the voucher report
You can also create a voucher manually through the voucher report.
Click Create new voucher.
Enter the voucher amount, validity period, and unique voucher code.
Click Save voucher.
Important
Vouchers created through the voucher report are not emailed automatically. You will need to inform the guest manually.
In addition, vouchers created using this method are not linked to a payment in the administration of our booking system.
