The planning board in our booking system provides a clear overview of all reservations and their current status. Each reservation is displayed with a color status, allowing you to see the status of a reservation at a glance. In addition, the planning board offers several quick actions for managing reservations.
Interacting with reservations
Viewing reservation details: Click on a reservation to display detailed information. From this panel, you can also check in the reservation, activate a preferred unit, or navigate to the reservation card.
Dragging reservations: You can easily move reservations to another unit or accommodation by dragging them within the planning board. However, it is not possible to drag a reservation to different dates.
Creating a new reservation: Would you like to create a new reservation through the planning board? Simply drag your cursor across the desired period for the relevant accommodation. A reservation window will automatically appear, allowing you to create the reservation.
Creating blocks
In addition to reservations, you can also create blocks to make a unit temporarily unavailable for bookings. Blocks can be created per unit and can have a maximum duration of two months.
