Reservation confirmation settings

Set up the reservation confirmation, add a signature and standard attachments, and determine which information is displayed on the confirmation.

Via Settings > Account > General > tab Reservation confirmation you determine how reservation confirmations look. You can show or hide different elements, add a signature, and include standard attachments with every reservation confirmation.

Within this tab, you can manage the following settings:

  • Receive a copy of every reservation confirmation.

  • Show the Chamber of Commerce and VAT number on the reservation confirmation.

  • Display the location of the accommodation.

  • Show rate lines on group reservations.

  • Include signature fields on the reservation confirmation.

  • Use a larger font size for better readability.

  • Show or hide the logo of our reservation system.

Save the changes after adjusting the desired settings.

Adding a signature

You can upload an image that will be placed as a signature under the reservation confirmation.

  1. Scroll to Signature for reservation confirmation.

  2. Upload the desired image.

  3. Save the changes.

Note: The image is automatically resized to 240 × 120 pixels.

Adding standard attachments

At the bottom of the page, you can add files that will automatically be included with every reservation confirmation.

For example:

  • Terms and conditions, park regulations, house rules, practical information.

Note: These attachments are included with all reservation confirmations.
