Would you like to offer a discount through a specific sales channel connected via Qenner, such as Allyourz or Bungalowspecials? If so, you can create a separate discount in our booking system.
This method ensures that the discount is applied only to reservations received through the selected Qenner rate group. Reservations made through your own website are not affected.
Create a new discount
Follow the steps in our Discounts article to create a new discount or edit an existing one.
Here you can configure, among other things:
The discount description.
The validity period.
The discount type (standard, early booking, or last-minute).
The calculation method.
The discount amount.
Link the discount to a Qenner sales channel
To apply the discount only to a specific Qenner sales channel, two additional settings are required.
Select the correct rate group
Open the discount and navigate to the Rate groups tab.
Enable the option Exclusively linked to the selected rate groups.
Select only the rate group that is linked to the desired Qenner sales channel, for example Bungalowspecials.
The discount will then only be applied to reservations made through that rate group.
Apply the discount to channel manager reservations
Open the Conditions tab of the discount.
Enable the option Apply discount for channel manager reservations.
This ensures that the discount is correctly applied to reservations imported through Qenner.
Important
If the standard rate group is currently linked to the sales channel, you will need to update the configuration so that rates are sent from a dedicated rate group instead.
