The new pricing structure gives you greater control over your rates and makes managing prices easier and more intuitive. With the redesigned rate overview, you can respond more quickly to changes in occupancy and adjust your rates more efficiently.
Before activating the new pricing structure, it's important to configure the required settings. The articles listed at the bottom of this page explain each step of the setup process.

Before you begin
Before using the new pricing structure, please contact [email protected]. We first need to enable this feature for your account.
We recommend setting up the new pricing structure for your next season. In addition, make sure there is a temporary overlap between the old and new pricing structures. We recommend using an overlap that is approximately the same length as your longest stay duration. This ensures that existing reservations and price calculations continue to work correctly during the transition.
Activating the new pricing structure
Once you have completed all required settings, you can activate the new pricing structure.
Go to Settings > Account > General.
Open the Others tab.
Scroll to the Rates section.
In Rates per period (Legacy), you will see the old pricing structure, which is configured from 1970 by default. You do not need to change this setting.
Next to Rates per date, enter the arrival date from which you want to start using the new pricing structure.
Click Add.
Click Save in the top-right corner of the page.
From the selected arrival date onwards, the system will automatically use the new pricing structure.
