Within the meter reading reports, you can easily view and update registered meter readings and consumption data.
These reports help you monitor meter readings and analyze consumption per accommodation or location.
You can find these reports via:
Meter readings overview
The Meter readings overview displays all registered meter readings within the system. Using the available filters, you can quickly find specific meter readings for individual reservations.
You can filter by:
Accommodation, location, date from, date to, consumption unit.
Within this report, you can also edit existing meter readings when a correction is required.
To update a meter reading:
Click the pencil icon next to the consumption entry.
Select the consumption unit.
Enter the start reading and end reading for the reservation and update the meter readings.
Meter readings per location
The Meter readings per location report displays all registered meter readings grouped by location.
This provides a quick overview of consumption for a specific location.
You can also edit meter readings per consumption unit by simply clicking the pencil icon next to the relevant entry.
