With Duplicate, you can copy rates from one accommodation to one or more other accommodations within the same pricing structure. This eliminates the need to manually enter identical rates multiple times.
Opening duplicate
To open duplicate:
Click the action button in the top-left corner.
Select Duplicate.
A dialog window opens where you can configure the duplication settings.
Duplicating rates
Complete the following fields.
Rate group (from)
Select the rate group containing the rates you want to copy.
Accommodation (from)
Select the accommodation that will be used as the source.
Date range
Select the period for which you want to duplicate the rates. You can select a maximum period of one year.
Rate group (to)
Select the rate group to which the rates should be copied.
Accommodation (to)
Select one or more accommodations that should receive the copied rates.
Application
Choose how the copied rates should be applied.
Adopt: The copied rates replace the existing rates.
Index: The copied rates are increased or decreased by a fixed amount or percentage before they are applied.
Rate profiles
For each rate profile, select the destination rate profile to which the rates should be copied. For example, you can copy the Week rate profile from the source accommodation to the Week rate profile, or to a different rate profile, in the destination accommodation.
