Add a group reservation via the planning board

Easily create a group reservation via the planning board. Select multiple locations and periods and create the reservation in one go.

With group reservations, you can combine multiple locations and, if required, multiple periods within a single reservation. This is useful when a group is staying across different accommodations.

Steps for adding a group reservation via the planning board

Step 1: Open the planning board

Open the Planning to get an overview of the available locations and dates.

Step 2: Select dates

At the top of the planning board, select the specific dates for which you want to create the group reservation.

Step 3: Start a group reservation

Click Add group reservation in the bottom-right corner.

A screen will open where you can select the locations for the group reservation.

Step 4: Select the desired locations

Select all locations you want to include in the group reservation. You can do this by clicking the location number on the left-hand side. Click Create reservation to continue.

Step 5: Enter the reservation details

In the pop-up window, you can enter all reservation details, such as the number of guests, the details of the main booker, the number of pets, and more.

Step 6: Create the reservation

Click Create reservation or Create and confirm reservation.

After saving, the group reservation will immediately appear in the planning board.

Add multiple periods within a group reservation

Would you like to reserve multiple periods within the same group reservation?

During the creation process in the planning board:

  • Select a new period.

  • Select the desired locations.

All selected locations and periods will be displayed in the overview on the right-hand side of the screen.

Edit a group reservation

After the reservation has been created, you can further modify it from the group reservation or from the underlying sub-reservations if required.
