In this knowledge base article, we explain which functionalities are available in the cockpit of our reservation system and how to use them.
1. Reservations section
In the Reservations section, you can quickly view the arrivals, departures, and staying guests for the current day without navigating to the Reservations tab. You also get a compact overview of all reservations.
Functions in this section:
Date filtering: In the top-right corner, you can filter by date and business unit to quickly find specific information.
Daily overview:
Arrivals including the number of guests to check in and already checked-in guests.
Departures including the number of guests to check out and already checked-out guests.
Current occupancy and an overview of guest age groups.
The number of reservations created today.
Status bars: Progress bars display the current status of arrivals, departures and reservations.
Overviews below the status bars:
Actions required: Here you will find reservations that are still on the parking line and stil need a location assignment. With one click, you can open the reservation and assign a location through the reservation card or the planning board. If no actions are required, this tab will not be visible in the cockpit.
Arrivals: This overview displays all arrivals for the current day. You can search by reservation number, by guest name of by location. You can also show fully checked-in reservations using the toggle.
Departures: This overview displays all departing guests for the current day. You can search by reservation number, by guest name or by location. You can also show fully checked-out reservations using the toggle.
Stayers: Here you can see all guests who are currently staying but are not checking in or out today.
Missed checkins: This overview shows reservations that should have arrived before today but have not been checked in yet.
Missed checkouts: This overview shows reservations that should have departed before today but have not been checked out yet.
Each reservation contains a three-dot menu. From here, you can view reservation details, including notes. You can also check-in or check-out the reservations through the buttons.
2. Pending and unread reservations section
In this section, you can quickly view the status of open and unread reservations.
Outstanding: Here you can see all reservations that haven't been confirmed yet. You can click the three dots to view the reservation details and confirm the reservation. You can also send a confirmation email from here. You can also take quick action using the Actions button.
Unread: This section displays all reservations that have not yet been opened. You can view and confirm the details for each reservation, and send an email if you haven’t already done so. By clicking the checkmark, you indicate that you’ve seen the reservation without opening it.
Options: In the options overview, you can see all current options for reservations. For each option, you can click the three dots to view the reservation details. Here, too, you can confirm the reservation and send an email.
3. Featured notes section
In this section, you'll see all the notes that have been flagged and haven't yet been marked as read by you or a colleague. Click the eye icon to read the note in a pop-up window on the screen. After reading it, you can mark the note as read by clicking the checkmark.
Signs in the cockpit
This symbol with a number indicates the number of people in the party.
This symbol with a number indicates the number of pets in the party.
This symbol indicates that the guest has stayed at the park before.

'Open' - Blue
'Confirmed' - Green
'Option' - Grey
Payment statuses
'Waiting for payment' - Orange
'Received deposit' - Dark green
'Paid' - Green
'Overpaid' - Red
Navigation
Use the Previous and Next buttons to quickly switch between the different reservation tabs.
In the top-right corner of the cockpit, you will find the New reservation button. You can use this button throughout the day to quickly create new reservations, for example for walk-ins or telephone reservations.
By using the cockpit of the reservation system, you can manage reservations, check guests in and out, and keep track of all important daily guest information.
