Open a reservation confirmation
You can open the current reservation confirmation directly from the reservation using the Print button. The current confirmation will open as a PDF in a new window.
Tip: Compare with a previously sent confirmation
Have you made changes to the reservation, such as updated dates, rates, or guest details? If so, it can be helpful to compare the current reservation confirmation with a previously sent version to ensure everything is correct.
This can also be useful if something does not appear as expected in the reservation and you want to determine what information may be incorrect.
You can do this by opening the previously sent confirmation in the email history. The original confirmation is included with that email. You can then compare it side by side with the current reservation confirmation.
